1. Services Provided

Pawthorize provides a platform for verifying pet vaccination records and facilitating pet authorization for businesses and organizations that require proof of vaccination.br>

2. User Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • By using our services, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. User Responsibilities

a. Pet Parents/Guardians
  • You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date vet related information for your pet.
  • You agree to allow Pawthorize to verify pet vaccination records with your veterinarian.
  • You must not use Pawthorize to misrepresent your pet’s vaccination status.

b. Businesses and Organizations
  • You agree to use Pawthorize only for lawful purposes related to verifying pet vaccination records.
  • You must not misuse Pawthorize to collect or store pet data beyond what is necessary for verification.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

  • Pet Owners: Pawthorize charges an annual fee of $25 per pet to maintain registration.
  • Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
  • We may update our pricing, and any changes will be communicated to users.

5. Data Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Account Termination

  • You may cancel your account at any time.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Pawthorize is not responsible for decisions made by businesses based on pet verification status.
  • We are not liable for damages arising from errors in vaccination records or incorrect information provided by users or veterinarians.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes related to these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as needed. Continued use of Pawthorize after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
